Expect a supportive culture, strong leadership, and a pipeline that keeps careers moving.What Youll Be Doing Youll take full commercial ownership of high-value civils projects from early cost planning to final account. This role is hands-on, strategic, and central to project success.Your responsibilities include: Leading commercial delivery across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highwaysManaging cost plans, forecasts, valuations, and financial reportingRunning procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administrationHandling variations, compensation events, and change controlAdvising teams on NEC/JCT contracts and commercial riskWorking closely with planners, estimators, engineers, and site teamsTravelling 3 nights per week, with 1 hybrid day for flexibilityClosing out projects with clean, timely final accounts Why This Role Stands Out This is a high-impact position in a company thats scaling fast.
