Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities The Project Quantity Surveyor will lead both pre- and post-contract duties across a mix of residential, commercial, and fit-out projectsThe Project Quantity Surveyor will develop detailed cost plans, tender packages, and procurement strategiesThe Project Quantity Surveyor will manage contract administration, valuations, and variations under JCT formsThe Project Quantity Surveyor will liaise with clients and consultants, contributing to successful project deliveryThe Project Quantity Surveyor will support junior team members and help maintain a collaborative cultureThe Project Quantity Surveyor will play an active role in business development and client retention Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements 3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side roleDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited)Solid understanding of JCT contracts and project lifecycleExperience delivering residential or commercial projects in LondonProfessional, self-motivated, and solutions-focusedWorking towards MRICS or recently chartered In Return £45,000 - £55,000 salaryStrong pipeline of private sector projectsFlexible hybrid working setupRelaxed and supportive team cultureOngoing CPD and APC supportFast-track development to Senior QS If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
