Whilst headquartered in London, our global business has over 200 staff with offices across Europe, North America and Asia.As an Account Manager you will:Maintain relationships with your key Account Client(s)Visit Account Client(s) to build and develop positive relationships with themAdvertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidatesReceive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the clientNegotiate pay and salary ratesWorking towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed, the value to be billed to clients and business leads generatedWork closely alongside your Business Manager to understand the projects and requirementsKeep up to date with industry developments to ensure competency in the roleAccount related administrative tasks, e.g. payroll, invoices, timesheets, travel, accommodation, etc.About you:Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player and provide the best service for candidates and clientsExcellent organisational skillsTenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situationsStrong communication skillsA-Level, or degree qualified (desirable)Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonusSales and reward motivatedProficient in Microsoft officeOutgoing and friendly personality“ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff job applicants.
