Reporting directly to the FD, the role involves overseeing a small finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining controls, and streamlining processes across the business. The successful candidate will manage transactional functions, credit control, working capital, and cash management, while preparing monthly and annual accounts in line with reporting deadlines. They will also assist with audit preparation, tax compliance, and optimising the use of accounting and reporting systems, including Sage Intacct and Power BI.
