FT Permanent Supervisor Dungannon 2 BranchPosition: Supervisor (Full Time / Permanent)Location: Gordons Chemists, Unit 1, Belvedere Park, Gortmerron Link, BT71 6LSHours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week (as per shop rota)Duties include:Assist the Manager with the daily running of the storeAssist the Manager with overall shop responsibilityAssist the Manager in dealing with staff issuesAssist with mentoring and training of staffPromote exceptional customer service and continually review service levelsAchieve store targetsStock maintenanceMerchandising productsEnsure accuracy in till transactions, cash handling and submitting reports to Head OfficeEnsure orders are sent to/received from the warehouse in a timely mannerCollect prescriptions from local and surrounding surgeriesDeliver and collect prescriptions to customersDeliver and collect prescriptions between branches as requiredUndertake key holder dutiesMaintain professional standards of dress and groomingGeneral housekeepingOther duties as requiredEssential requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in a similar retail environment demonstrating selling/customer service skillsDemonstrated exceptional customer service skillsAbility to positively influence staffApproachable, flexible attitude to workGood numeracy and accuracy skillsGood attendance and punctualityAbility to work as part of a teamFlexibility to work in local Gordons Chemists branchesEligibility to work in the UKDesirable requirements:1 years experience in a similar retail environment demonstrating selling/customer service skillsPrevious experience supervising/leading a team of 5 people or moreWe reserve the right to amend criteria in order to facilitate shortlisting.Closing date:Thursday 5th February 2026How to apply:Click apply below.Gordons Chemists74 Scarva RoadBanbridge BT32 3QD
