Role: Quantity SurveyorCompany: Tier 1 Main ContractorLocation: South London (predominantly site based)Project: Major leisure centre and sports stadium developmentSalary & Package:Up to c.£70,000Car allowanceTravel expensesHealthcareBonusClear progression within one of the UK’s leading contractorsIdeal Experience:Experience delivering leisure centre or sports stadium projectsIdeally some PCSA / pre-construction experienceRole Overview:Initial involvement in PCSA and pre-construction activitiesTransition to taking the project live on site later in the yearWorking as part of a strong, well-resourced commercial teamLong-term involvement through project deliveryKey Responsibilities:Assisting with PCSA and pre-construction commercial activitiesProcurement of subcontract and supplier packagesPreparing and managing subcontract documentationMonitoring subcontractor performance and paymentsInterim valuations and payment applicationsAssessment and agreement of variations and change eventsCost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycleCommercial reporting to senior managementSupporting the negotiation and agreement of final accountsMaintaining accurate commercial records and cost dataWorking closely with site management, design, and commercial teamsAdditional Information:Excellent feedback from previous placements within the business
