This is a permanent opportunity to deliver high-quality, inclusive education to pupils with a wide range of academic, social and emotional needs, ensuring every learner is supported to make meaningful progress from their individual starting points.The successful post holder will work flexibly across tutor groups and subjects, contributing to a positive, trauma-informed and nurturing learning environment that reflects and strengthens the wider ethos of the College.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned to Pearson examination boardsDeliver the College curriculum in an accessible, relevant, and meaningful wayAssess, monitor, and record pupil progress using formative and summative assessment methods, including EFLEstablish clear routines and boundaries that promote positive behaviour and engagementSupport pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development within a trauma-informed and nurturing environmentWork flexibly across tutor groups and subject areas to meet the needs of all learnersThis role is ideal for an adaptable and reflective SEN professional who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve success both academically and personally, within a supportive and values-driven setting.About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:Qualified: QTS/QTLS.
