Graduate Technical Training EngineerJob Description:Position: Graduate Technical Training EngineerLocation:OmaghReporting to:Product and Applications managerHours of Work:39.75 hours per weekThe Graduate Technical Training Engineer will assist with creating, planning and delivering advanced technical service training to both our worldwide dealer network and existing personnel within the Terex Finlay and wider Material Processing organisation.What youll do:Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate and update product training presentations covering Finlay, Magna, MDS and Prostack mobile Crushing, Screening and Conveying equipmentCreating and updating training presentations covering product application support.Coordinating and successfully delivering structured training schools in the Terex Omagh facility or abroad to technical groups from the worldwide dealer network or existing personnel from within the business.Confidently carry out critical maintenance, electrical and hydraulic practical troubleshooting exercises.Co-ordinate & conduct E-Learning sessions via dedicated online training portalReview prototype machines during the testing phase to assist with machine validation and ensure that all new training material is accurate and ready at the time of machine launch.Identify improvements on existing production machines and present this back to engineering in a concise and documented matter.Assist with product application requests using tools such as Aggflow & Microsoft VisioAssisting with onsite machine installations and calibration ensuring optimum machine performanceIdentify and undertake additional personal development courses to continually improve your training ability.What youll bring:Experience & Qualifications:Engineering Degree or similarCreativity, innovative thinking and excellent organizational skills.Good English communication skill, both written and spoken.Competent with Microsoft Office toolsExperience working on mobile crushing and screening equipment would be advantageousKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read electrical and hydraulic schematicsProven ability to present to a large group of peopleEffective project management and planning / organizational skillsSomeone who cultivates a team spirit with the respect of others ideas and requirementsCapable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team as and when requiredAbility to manage multiple tasks / projects at one timeAble to assess workload and commit to realistic timelines with given resourcesExcellent attention to detailWillingness to travel extensively abroad.This above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.Why Join Us:We are a global company, and our culture is defined by?our Values Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
