About The Role: A forward-thinking and multi award-winning architectural studio in London is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team temporarily for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the built environment and will have InDesign and Microsoft Office proficiency. The practice is approaching a busy period and require a proactive individual that can hit the ground the running. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify leads and opportunities for new projects and bids Ensure all bids are executed promptly, following the practice’s standards Manage SQ and tender responses by communicating with sub-consultants Ensure submissions are well written, within scope and branded. Ensure all bids are supported with collateral documents Key Skills/Requirements: Experience in a bid coordinator position within the build environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required, and CRM/ERP/PIM systems are preferable Excellent analytical and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
