Hi We’re working with a well established organisation operating within the retail sector, who are looking to appoint an experienced Store Manager to lead the day to day operations of a busy store environment.This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for store performance, team management, customer experience, and operational standards. The successful candidate will be confident running a store autonomously while working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial and service objectives. As Store Manager, you will:Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operationsLead, manage and motivate the store team, including recruitment, training, performance management and rota planningEnsure high standards of customer service are consistently deliveredManage stock control, ordering, merchandising and visual presentationOversee cash handling, tills, banking and compliance with financial proceduresEnsure health & safety, security and operational policies are followed at all timesMonitor store performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvementAct as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers What we’re looking for:Proven experience in a Store Manager or equivalent retail management roleStrong people management and leadership capabilityConfident managing store operations, stock, cash handling and complianceCommercially aware with the ability to drive performance and standardsExcellent communication and organisational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentHands-on, accountable and solutions-focused approach
