Quantity Surveyor - 2nd Feb Start - Freelance - £400 per day (doe/negotiable) Your new company You’ll be joining a leading national infrastructure and highways services provider, working on a major long‑term highways maintenance and improvement contract in the Hampshire region. The role will be based at their office in Winchester.Your new role A freelance Quantity Surveyor position where you’ll support the commercial team on a large highways framework, managing cost and value reporting, preparing quarterly forecasts, administering contract changes under NEC processes, managing subcontractor accounts, overseeing reconciliations and final accounts, and completing site visits to ensure commercial control.
