The payroll operations team is expanding across several UK locations, offering a dynamic environment with excellent support, varied client exposure and genuine career progression.Your new roleAs a Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering and implementing payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll process payrolls accurately, review work completed by junior team members, manage client queries, oversee engagement financials and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also support, coach and develop Associates to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.What you'll need to succeedStrong end‑to‑end UK payroll processing experienceExperience using large ERP payroll systems such as, ADP, Oracle, Workday, I-Trent or SAPAbility to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectivelyConfident IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word and OutlookStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationshipsIdeally,A payroll qualification such as CIPP or atleast 5 years of payroll experience in the UK for a high-volume SSC or Bureau environmentExperience within a large professional services environment or payroll bureauWhat you'll get in returnYou’ll benefit from high‑quality training, future‑focused development opportunities and a flexible, inclusive working culture.
