Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities Manage full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying servicesPrepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentationLead procurement processes and administer contracts under JCT formsProvide accurate cost reporting, valuations, variations, and final accountsAttend and lead client, consultant, and contractor meetingsSupport and mentor junior members of the cost management team Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements 5+ years' experience in a consultancy-based QS roleDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS accredited)Strong technical knowledge of cost planning and contract administrationExperience delivering residential, commercial, or heritage projectsConfident client-facing skills and professional communication styleMRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership In Return Competitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000Exposure to high-profile, design-led London projectsSupportive, professional consultancy environmentClear progression route towards Associate levelHybrid and flexible working arrangementsOngoing CPD and professional development support If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
