The goal of our hospitality division is to be recognised as the best landlord in London, by continuously enhancing the experience of our residents and the value of their properties.The RoleThe MEP Engineer plays a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services within a luxury residential environment. The primary focus of the role is to support residents with complex technical issues in their bespoke apartments, bridging the gap between routine maintenance and specialist building systems engineering.Acting as the technical authority for MEP, you will investigate faults, carry out hands-on repairs and reduce reliance on external contractors. Working across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, you will focus on identifying root causes and delivering long-term solutions that enhance the resident experience.What you’ll doMaintenance & RepairsRespond to resident queries and issues efficiently, carrying out necessary in-apartment issues, identify the root problem and come up with solutions in a timely manner.Deliver service, repairs, and maintenance across residences, plant rooms, and common areas (including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire safety, painting, and decorating)Provide support and troubleshooting for home automation systems, resolving issues directly and escalating effectively to specialists when requiredPerform preventative and corrective maintenanceCoordinate subcontractors to ensure timely servicing, repairs, and complianceHealth, Safety & CompliancePatrol buildings regularly to identify and address maintenance needs or risksEnsure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policiesFollow emergency and fire procedures, attending training as requiredMaintain engineering areas in a clean and safe conditionOperational ExcellenceSupport the Engineering team with record keeping, reports, and documentationMonitor stock levels and communicate requirementsIdentify and implement innovative cost-control measures to deliver long-term valueWhat we’re looking forStrong team player with excellent communication skillAbility to read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams and drawingsIndustrial or manufacturing engineering background is beneficial Detail-oriented and adaptable, with flexibility to support a 24-hour operationService-minded and professional, with a commitment to excellenceKeen to learn more about bespoke (luxury) residential systemsDesirableC&G/ NVQ Electrical installation18th Edition qualifiedCSCS Trade qualification (construction skills certificate scheme)Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to work within London’s prestigious developments, as part of a passionate, professional team that sets the benchmark for luxury living.
