Your mission JOB TITLE: Installation Supervisor JOB LOCATION: CumbriaTERMS: required to work across Cumbria. Full driving licence & accreditation required. We have Installation Supervisor roles available that are key to ensuring we connect our customers to the Fibrus Network in a timely, safe, and compliant way. The successful applicant will be supervising all install contractors across GB. You will be responsible for the safety and quality of our customer connections and ensuring that customer expectations are met. Your profile WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Support the Installation contract partners to deliver customer connections, adhering to KPI'sContinuously drive efficiency and compliance (internal and external eg. PIA), reviewing quality performance and implementing necessary actionsEnsure all work sites are to Chapter 8 requirementsSupervising and ensuring the Contract installation partners complete infrastructure build (additional ducting and poling) according to Fibrus and PIA specificationsDriving a health and safety culture by completing audits on all work practicesConducting QC/SHEQ auditsRespond in a timely manner to customer complaints ensuring successful resolutionCompleting quality audits of installation work at both customer premises and in the wider Fibrus networkWHAT WILL YOU BRING?2yrs+ experience supervising installation teamsExperience on working on overhead and underground network in telecoms - FTTHThorough knowledge of the SROH & NRSWA Specification for the reinstatement of openings in roads and first-hand experience in reinstatement management is essential.Good people skills and comfortable communicating across different contractorsCivils and poling experienceStreet works/CSR accreditedPIA certification would be desirableHOW TO APPLYPlease apply directly via our website At Hyperfast, we recognise the positive value of diversity, promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination.
