Warehouse Operative - Newry Day Shift Our Client is a leading importer and distributor of wooden floors. We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join the team in Newry. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.Conduct daily pre-use forklift checks.Pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch.Transport products to the designated dispatch zone.Perform quality checks on incoming goods.Receive, transport, and store stock.Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse.Operate reach and counterbalance trucks safely in a busy warehouse environment.Requirements:Valid forklift licence (reach & counterbalance).Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.Health & safety conscious.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively as part of a team.Basic literacy and numeracy skills.Friendly, flexible, and positive attitude.Desirable:Previous warehouse experience.Customer-focused mindset.Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.Benefits:Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm28 days holiday (including public holidays & Christmas/New Year shutdown)Pension and health benefit options after qualifying periodsWorkplace bonus scheme & cycle-to-work schemeFree on-site parkingOn-site kitchen/catering facilities with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, fruit, and moreOpportunities for training and professional developmentTech scheme for staff to purchase electronics with salary deductions Why Choose Staffline?
