Quality EngineerLocation: DudleySalary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)Shift: DaysContract: PermanentAn established manufacturing business within the steel / industrial sector is looking to recruit a Quality Engineer to join their team on a permanent, days-based role due to continued growth.The Role:As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality, ensuring compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards. You will work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to drive continuous improvement across the site.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve quality management systemsInvestigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysisImplement corrective and preventive actionsSupport internal and external auditsLiaise with customers on quality-related issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or similar roleStrong understanding of quality systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001)Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000Days-only working patternPermanent, stable roleOpportunity for long-term development and progression
