Account Director – Leading International Creative Branding Agency (6‑month FTC)Central London | Full-time in office (1 day remote possible) | Start ASAPWe’re partnering with a renowned global brand consultancy that is expanding its digital offering following a period of significant growth. They are now seeking an experienced Account Director to join their Client Services team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.The RoleAs Account Director, you will bring strong leadership across brand comms strategy for premium accounts and complex, multi‑discipline projects spanning brand transformation, concept creation, brand guidelines and communications. You’ll work closely with clients on high‑impact initiatives, including:Developing new brand strategy/identities, or servicesEvolving brand perception and reputationEntering new markets or categoriesBuilding and inspiring high‑performing integrated teamsYou will lead key accounts, ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams, and strengthen existing client relationships. A central part of the role will be identifying opportunities for growth and partnering with senior leadership to shape and develop them. You will also contribute to pitches and new business efforts, and support other accounts when required.What You BringYou have a proven track record in:Selling in creative ideas and guiding strategic brand developmentManaging budgets, timelines, and high‑pressure client demandsLeading, coordinating, and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teamsDelivering exceptional client management on premium, complex branding projectsA sharp eye for detail, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at pace are essential. You’ll be an engaging communicator, a collaborative partner, and a confident creative leader.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage at least two major accounts with multiple workstreamsDeliver outstanding client service, spotting and developing opportunities for account growthLead day‑to‑day project management, ensuring timelines, detail, and quality are metOversee all financial tracking and resource management to maintain profitabilityCollaborate closely with design, strategy, and editorial teams, while managing upwards to senior leadershipPlease send CV stating your salary expectations.
