Prospect works with leading teams, broadcasters, bookmakers and leagues across sport to deliver efficient audience growth across ticket sales, subscriptions and database registrations.The RoleProspect is seeking a high-calibre Commercial & Strategy Associate to drive growth across two core areas:Execution of paid media campaigns for Prospect clients, andChief of Staff–style support to the CEO, including strategy, analysis and high-quality materials for boards, partners and senior stakeholders.This role is designed for an ambitious, highly capable graduate or early-career hire who wants broad exposure to how a fast-growing sports analytics business operates at senior level. Marketing experience is not essential — we value intelligence, judgement and execution ability over narrow functional experience. Paid media execution at Prospect is intentionally systematised and repeatable. The real challenge (and opportunity) in this role is learning quickly, executing accurately, and contributing to strategic thinking across the business.What You’ll Do:1. Paid Media Execution (c. 40–50%)You will be responsible for the hands-on execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Prospect’s client base. This is a keyboard-in-hand execution role, but one where attention to detail, logic and learning speed matter more than prior platform expertise. Responsibilities include:Building, launching and managing campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTokManaging audiences, budgets, phasing and creative rotationProducing clear weekly performance updates and structured monthly reviewsMaintaining a disciplined library of creative assets and campaign structuresProactively flagging issues and recommending data-backed adjustments2. CEO & Strategy Support (c. 50–60%)You will work closely with the CEO as a generalist operator and thought partner, supporting a widerange of strategic and commercial priorities. Responsibilities include:Preparing board decks, investor updates and strategic presentationsSupporting the development of commercial proposals, partnership pitches and market researchOwning ad hoc analytical and operational projects across the businessActing as a reliable follow-through engine on high-priority initiativesTools & Platforms You Will Use:Google, Meta and TikTok Ads ManagersMicrosoft Excel (analysis, modelling, reporting) and PowerPoint (board- and investor-level output)Your Personal AttributesHighly capable operator: structured thinker who executes accurately and reliablyStrong communicator: able to turn complexity into clear slides and narrativesDetail-oriented: obsessive about quality, logic and presentation standardsProactive: spots problems and opportunities without being askedComfortable with responsibility: trusted with sensitive information and senior stakeholdersGrowth-minded: eager to learn fast, seek feedback and expand scopeYour ExperienceWe are deliberately open-minded on background.
