This isn’t a volume-based, script-reading role; it’s thoughtful, insight-led outreach designed to open high-quality conversations.You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives and marketing colleagues to identify and engage your ideal customer profile, tailoring your messaging to pain points that matter.Your responsibilities will include:Prospecting into target accounts via email, phone, and LinkedInCreating highly personalised outreach sequencesBuilding relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of verticalsQualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking discovery meetingsProviding feedback to the wider team to help improve messaging and targetingWhat You’ll Need6+ months in a B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, or Recruitment roleExperience engaging decision-makers ideally across sales, marketing, or operationsA sharp mind and a consultative approach to prospectingComfort with modern sales tools and platformsAmbition to grow into a closing roleYou’ll be joining a company with real momentum, a world-class product, and a leadership team that’s invested in your success.
