Key Responsibilities-Manage a portfolio of retail clients, acting as their primary point of contact-Advise clients on risk exposures and appropriate insurance solutions-Place risks into the London Market, negotiating terms with insurers and underwriters-Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and accurately-Prepare presentations, market submissions, and insurance documentation-Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders-Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulation and internal compliance standards-Identify opportunities to grow and develop client accounts through cross-selling and upsellingSkills & Experience-Experience working as a Retail Broker or Client Executive within the London Market-Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and placement processes-Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high service standards-Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills-Well-organised, detail-focused, and commercially minded-Familiarity with FCA regulatory requirements-Progress toward or completion of professional insurance qualifications (e.g. CII) preferred
