Maintenance Supervisor (1 Person Site) – FM Service Provider – London, Kings Cross – Up to £55,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and self-motivated Building Supervisor to oversee a newly built, premium commercial office space located in the heart of King’s Cross.This modern development comprises three interconnected sections across multiple floors, blending cutting-edge technology with heritage-listed features. The building includes high-spec amenities such as a gym, roof terrace, collaborative meeting spaces, and restored historic architecture. This is a solo site role with ongoing support from a roving supervisor and an account manager, both of whom are closely involved and on-site regularly. Ideal for someone confident working independently while still being part of a wider, collaborative team.
