Real Estate Finance SolicitorCentral LondonTop 200 Law FirmWe are instructed on an opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join a well-regarded and expanding Real Estate team based in London.The role would suit a commercially minded lawyer with strong academics (ideally a 2:1 or above) and solid experience across real estate finance and commercial property. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and the confidence to build and maintain long-term client relationships.The team has an established reputation across the real estate sector and has experienced significant recent growth, creating an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting stage of its development. The practice advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of high-quality, varied transactions within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Duties Acting for both lender and borrower clientsDrafting security documentation including mortgage deeds, debentures and facility agreementsReviewing and advising on legal packsReviewing residential and commercial title documentationRaising and responding to enquiriesDrafting detailed Reports on Title, including lease reportsManaging matters to tight deadlinesLiaising regularly with clients and providing ongoing updatesMeeting billing and time recording targets Key Responsibilities and Skills Deliver a high-quality, client-focused legal service while building and maintaining strong client and professional relationshipsProvide clear, practical legal and commercial advice and represent the firm at client meetingsWork to the highest professional and ethical standards, complying with regulatory and internal requirementsContribute to the growth of the team through business development and collaborationDemonstrate a clear focus on career development, maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and CPDSupport internal systems and processes while balancing high standards with commercial performance If you’re a Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor looking to join a Top 200, Central Environment, apply with your up to date CV now!
