Behaviour Manager - Secondary Schools (Croydon)Full-time | 5 Days per Week We are seeking a dedicated and confident Behaviour Manager to work across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced behaviour professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and supporting schools to create calm, safe, and productive learning environments. The Role:As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting students who require additional guidance. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to help students regulate their behaviour, re-engage with learning, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one and small group basis Implementing and reinforcing behaviour policies consistently across the school De-escalating challenging situations calmly and effectively Working with pastoral and SEN teams to deliver tailored behaviour support strategies Acting as a positive role model and building strong, trusting relationships with students Monitoring behaviour progress and contributing to behaviour plans and reviews What We're Looking For: Proven experience supporting behaviour in a secondary school or similar setting Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing What the Schools Offer: Inclusive, supportive, and welcoming school environments Strong leadership and collaborative staff teams Ongoing training and professional development Clear opportunities for progression and career development A chance to make a real difference to students' outcomes This is a full-time position (5 days per week), ideal for someone looking for stability, progression, and the opportunity to work in schools that truly value staff and students alike.
