SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support Tradewind Education | Camden | Full-Time Tradewind Education works closely with a number of mainstream primary schools across Camden that are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs. Due to ongoing demand, we have multiple full-time opportunities available. The role:You will be placed in one of our partner schools, providing dedicated 1:1 support to a child with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally within a mainstream setting. Needs supported include: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Global Developmental Delay Down Syndrome Dyslexia Key responsibilities: Provide consistent 1:1 classroom support Implement strategies outlined in EHCPs and support plans Support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff Promote inclusion and independence Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEN (school experience preferred) A calm, patient, and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills What Tradewind Education offers: Access to roles across multiple schools in Camden Full-time, long-term placements Competitive daily rates Ongoing CPD and SEN training Dedicated consultant support ??
