Residential Conveyancer, 5+ PQE, London, £55-65,000 (DOE). An exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established residential property team at a Lexcel-accredited firm. JOB REF: 215302660OVERVIEW: The firm are accepting applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 5 years’ PQE.You will take ownership of a varied and interesting conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.The work will include residential sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release transactions, title checks for both freehold and leasehold properties, and the handling of transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers.You will play an active role in the development of the practice by building and nurturing client relationships and local contacts, cross-referring work to other departments, and providing training and mentoring to conveyancing assistants.The successful candidate will bring strong technical ability and hands-on experience in sales, purchases, and remortgages, with additional exposure to shared ownership leases, lease variations, new-build developments and Help to Buy schemes.The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension contribution, a financial bonus scheme, 26 days’ annual leave in addition to bank holidays, and an additional performance-based holiday bonus scheme.
