Real Estate Paralegal (12 Month FTC) Highly acclaimed US law firm is hiring an experienced Real Estate (Commercial) Paralegal to assist the team for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract due to the rapid expansion of the department, offering extremely high-level work from day one. Generous salary to £50,000Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days remoteLucrative overtime availableExcellent benefits including 26 days holiday, generous pension, healthcare and flexible gym options Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal: Assist with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents, including NDAs, SPAs, disclosure schedules, corporate approvals and ancillary agreementsCoordinate deal execution, including managing signing/closing checklists, collating signature pages and preparing closing setsManage due diligence tasks: collecting documents, maintaining trackers, liaising with internal teams and foreign counselMaintain and update transaction trackers, data rooms and other client/internal workflow toolsAssist with Companies House filings and financial and corporate information checksLiaise directly with clients, counsel, counterparties and internal deal teamsConduct legal and market research to support Associates on transaction-related issuesHandle general administrative support, such as proofreading documents, preparing filings and managing deal correspondence Skills & Requirements of the Real Estate Paralegal: 12 months+ Commercial Real Estate / Property Paralegal experience within a law firmExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate a client-orientated approach, both internally and externally
