This role offers both long-term and supply opportunities, ideal for someone passionate about supporting students and enhancing their educational experience. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the delivery of educational programs and activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the required attention and resources.Facilitate small group sessions and one-to-one support, focusing on students' individual learning needs.Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and contribute to assessment reports.Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that promotes student well-being.Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in education and special needs support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must be a qualified Teaching Assistant.Proven experience working in a secondary school environment.Strong experience in supporting students with special educational needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Commitment to professional development and learning.
