Employment Lawyer (4–6 PQE) Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Join a leading national law firm as an Employment Lawyer (4–6 PQE), where you will be part of a highly respected team known for delivering clear, commercially focused advice. This role offers a supportive culture and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of employer clients across various sectors including tech, manufacturing, and financial services. Day-to-day of the role: Provide general employment advisory services to a variety of sectors.Draft contracts, policies, and agreements tailored to client needs.Handle TUPE, redundancy, and restructuring cases.Represent clients in Tribunal and High Court litigation.Support corporate and transactional matters.Manage Employee Relations matters such as grievances, whistleblowing, and family-friendly issues.Offer advice on trade union and industrial relations.Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with data protection laws, including DSARs.Develop and deliver client training programs and contribute to business development efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years post-qualification experience.Strong background in employment law gained from a reputable firm.Excellent skills in drafting, communication, and client handling.Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware.Confident in working collaboratively within a busy team environment.
