KS1 Teacher Daily Rate: £130+ Location: Crawley Job Type: Flexible (Part-time to Full-time) We are seeking enthusiastic KS1 Teachers to join various local schools in the Crawley area. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work between 1 to 5 days per week, depending on your availability, making it ideal for those looking to 'top up' their current teaching schedule or engage in full-time work. There is also the potential to secure long-term supply positions, which are paid to scale. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and educational lessons across the primary curriculum.Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of the students.Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for examinations and providing feedback.Collaborate with other teaching staff and contribute to the school community.Utilise a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience in primary education.Strong classroom management skills.Ability to adapt teaching style based on the needs of the students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for teaching and commitment to educating children.
