About the Role: A Special Needs School in Swindon are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their busy team. Your Day to Day: Every day at the school is different! You will work closely in a class of 8 to 10 students, alongside the class teacher and another teaching assistant, to help create a fun and engaging learning environment. You will be: Helping students develop real-life skills, through cooking, outdoor education and animal therapy.Supporting children with their communication and social skills through sensory play and interactive activities.Encouraging confidence and independence within every pupil.
