The pupil benefits from structured, calm support to engage with learning and manage emotional regulation within a mainstream classroom setting. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will implement behaviour and social-emotional strategies, assist with transitions, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to ensure consistent support throughout the day.
