What the role looks like day to day: Jumping into classrooms that need an extra pair of handsSupporting pupils with their learning - individually or in small groupsHelping teachers keep lessons running smoothlyBringing calm, kindness, and a positive attitude to busy school daysSupporting pupils with additional needs where neededMaking a difference - sometimes in big ways, sometimes in the little moments No two days or schools feel the same, and that's exactly why people love working on supply.
