Behaviour MentorLocation: Brent, North West LondonStart Date: February 2026Contract: Full-Time, Long-TermPay: £95-£125 per day (PAYE) Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour in a specialist secondary setting. You will work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support pupils' emotional regulation, behaviour management and re-engagement with learning. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support (KS3-KS4) Implement de-escalation and behaviour regulation strategies Support pupils to re-engage with learning Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Requirements: Experience working within SEMH, PRU or SEND settings Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills Team Teach, MAPA or equivalent training preferred Calm, resilient and relationship-focused approach Why Apply?
