We are hiring a Surgical Urology Territory Manager to drive growth across the South Central, London, and South East regions. Responsibilities:Drive sales growth across an established and expanding portfolio of medical technologiesBuild, manage, and grow strong relationships with key NHS and private healthcare stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities and strategically develop your territoryDeliver confident product demonstrations, presentations, and in-theatre support where requiredWork closely with clinical, marketing, and supplier partners to maximise market impactManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account developmentMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reportingRequirements:Proven urology sales experience A commercially driven mindset with a strong hunger to win and grow accountsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence working with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a dynamic territoryResilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomouslyFull valid driving licenceEligibility documentation to work in the UK
