Job Title: Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor Location: City of London Role: Full-time permanent role Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office) Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum The firm Our client is a prestigious international law firm with a long-standing presence in London. The role In your new role as a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the daily operation and running of the firm's London graduate recruitment programme. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Senior Legal Recruitment Manager in delivering all aspects of the firm's graduate recruitment programme.Managing the recruitment process for Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes.Coordinating and administering the post-Vacation Scheme interview process for the annual Trainee Solicitor intake.Managing relationships with external stakeholders. What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in graduate recruitment within a London law firm environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels What do you get in return?
