Executive Assistant – Investment firm12 month FTC £60,000 - £65,000 I’m working with a leading investment firm in Mayfair who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Real Estate team. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being at the center of things, keeping multiple stakeholders on track and anticipating what’s needed before being asked. You’ll be supporting senior individuals in a collaborative, high-performing environment where attention to detail and discretion are key. The successful EA must be highly proactive and importantly, a team player. What you’ll do:Extensive diary management for MD’s across multiple time zonesOrganising meetings and eventsBooking complex international travelActing as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersPreparing presentations, documents and meeting materials as requiredProcessing expenses and general administrative supportSupporting deal flow and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed What you’ll need:Proven EA experience, preferably within financial services or bankingConfident supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environmentHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication skills with a team orientated, can-do approachDiscreet, reliable and comfortable handling confidential information ASAP start, based in Mayfair, offering hybrid working 4:1.
