Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient service at all times. Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Implement and maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and health and safety regulations. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably. Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and improve customer loyalty. Create and deliver training programs to ensure your team consistently provides outstanding service. Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team to curate and refine the menu, reflecting seasonal changes and maintaining our standard of excellence. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and local businesses to enhance the restaurant's offerings.
