Personal Assistant to Deal Team - Prestigious Private Equity Firm Mayfair - Full-time office! £65k plus benefits A rare PA opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and well-respected Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic PA role that you can truly make your own, while being part of a high-performing, collaborative, and sociable team. This fast-paced and varied PA position requires a proactive and intuitive individual with solid Private Equity experience. You’ll be supporting a dynamic team where you will need to stay two steps ahead and ensuring their schedules and priorities run seamlessly. Key PA responsibilities include: Complex diary and calendar management International travel arrangements Managing the deal log and ensuring accurate data entry with Associates Preparing and updating presentations and reports Coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones Providing general team administrative support (a hands-on attitude is essential) The PA role demands flexibility, strong time management, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It’s not your typical 9-5, so a can-do mindset and adaptability are key.
