Live Events Technical Project ManagerLondon£55,000–£65,000 (DOE)We’re working with a leading live events and production specialist looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver large-scale corporate and broadcast events across London and beyond.This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of live events — from concept and design through to on-site execution and post-event close.The roleOwn and manage technical event delivery across multiple complex live eventsTranslate client requirements into clear technical, production, and labour plansLead on-site technical teams, vendors, and venue partners during load-in, show, and load-outEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a world-class standardAct as the main client contact on-site, managing expectations and last-minute changesOversee H&S compliance (RAMS), technical standards, and operational best practiceManage budgets, cost control, and post-event reconciliationWhat we’re looking for4+ years’ experience in corporate events, live production.Strong technical background (audio, video, lighting, staging, or integrated AV)Proven experience managing complex live events end to endConfident leading teams and communicating with senior clientsComfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live environmentsBudget management and operational logistics experienceWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by events
