Teaching Assistant Daily Rate: £90 - £110Location: Croydon, LondonJob Type: Full-time We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school in Croydon. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily classroom activities.Support individual students and small groups to help them meet the learning objectives.Manage classroom resources and setup for lessons.Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.Collaborate with teachers to monitor the progress of students.Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.Participate in school meetings and events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.Strong understanding of classroom activities and teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.A patient and resilient personality.Commitment to professional development and learning.
