We provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of each resident, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life.Our home accommodates 79 residents across three specialist units: Residential Dementia, Dementia Nursing, and General/Frail Elderly Nursing. The role of Activity Co-Ordinator involves providing a schedule of engaging pursuits that create a supportive environment where residents can thrive.The Activity Co-Ordinator will contribute to the planning, organising and facilitation of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents in our Homes.
