Live Music Coordinator (FTC) - LondonTerm: 9 months fixed term contract, from March 2026Salary: 29,000 per annumWorking week: Please note this is a full-time role, Monday to FridayJob SummaryWe are seeking a Live Music Coordinator to support the booking, scheduling and administration of the KOKO Theatre live music programme, alongside regular involvement across Caf and The House of KOKO, which form a core part of KOKO's cultural offering.This role plays a key part in the operational delivery of KOKO's live music programme, supporting contracting, paperwork and diary management, and acting as a point of contact for agents, promoters and managers regarding holds, confirmations and venue hires.Based at KOKO's Camden offices, the role reports directly to the Music Programme Manager and works closely with internal and external stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the booking and administration of the KOKO Theatre diary, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all timesAssist with contracting, paperwork and administrative processes related to live events and venue hireLiaise regularly with agents, promoters, managers and labels regarding date holds, confirmations and bookingsCoordinate programming activity across KOKO Theatre, KOKO Caf and The House of KOKOMaintain clear and up-to-date records, schedules and booking documentationWork closely with the Music Programme Manager to support creative programming ideas and diary planningCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of live eventsIdentify and help resolve operational or scheduling issues as they ariseSupport internal communication between Programming, Marketing, Ticketing, Operations and Front of House teams, helping to ensure accurate and timely sharing of show informationAssist with providing programme details to the Marketing team, including show confirmations, on-sale dates and basic artist information to support promotional activityHelp respond to internal queries relating to scheduling, ticketing or programme changes, escalating where appropriateContribute to the wider cultural mission of KOKO, supporting talent development and innovative live music experiencesRemain flexible to support the needs of a fast-paced, live events environmentAbout YouMinimum of 2 years' experience working within a live music venue or similar cultural environment, previous experience supporting booking, scheduling or event administration is highly desirablePositive, proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your workConfident working with music industry professionals, including agents, promoters, managers and labelsPassionate about music, with strong awareness of current trends and a genuine interest in live performanceA creative and lateral thinker, excited by working in a multi-use arts and cultural venueHighly organised, with exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills across all levelsComfortable problem-solving both operational and strategic challengesAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesFlexible and adaptable, with an understanding of the demands of live music and hospitalityActs with integrity, fairness and a strong personal and professional value setPlease note we are only able to consider applicants with the right to work in the UK
