An established South London consultancy is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile regeneration and commercial projects across the capital. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of complex schemes, working with major investor clients. This is ideal for a Senior Project Manager ready to step into a client leadership role while mentoring junior team members in a supportive and professional environment. To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience. The Senior Project Manager's role Managing developments between £30m-£100m, the Senior Project Manager will: Lead project delivery from feasibility to completion Manage consultant and contractor performance Oversee contract administration and change control Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality standards Prepare client reports and lead presentations Support bid preparation and business development The Senior Project Manager 6+ years in a consultancy or client-side project management role MRICS, MAPM or similar chartership Experience leading office, residential or regeneration schemes Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and complex teams Skilled in JCT/D&B contract administration Excellent leadership and commercial acumen In Return? £65,000 - £75,000 Progression path to Associate Bonus and car allowance Private medical and enhanced pension Flexible benefits package | Senior Project Manager | South London | Commercial | MRICS | Property Consultancy | Regeneration |
