The role offers genuine scope for growth, mentorship, and progression for someone with experience who wants to take their career in executive search to the next level.Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify potential candidates for senior appointmentsPrepare candidate longlists and briefing documents for client presentationsManage and maintain accurate data on the internal database and research toolsAssist consultants with project coordination, timelines, and documentationLiaise with candidates to schedule interviews and gather key informationSupport the preparation of client reports and status updatesTrack competitor activity and industry trends to support business development Key Skills and Experience: Experience in recruitment or executive search requiredResearcher or resourcer experience required Strong analytical and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, curious, and proactiveAbility to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines RMS Recruitment thanks you for your application and looks forward to speaking to you.
