Typical matters include: WillsProbate and estate administrationPowers of AttorneyGeneral private client advisory work The team consists of 5 solicitors, trainees and 7 experienced support staff – each solicitor benefits from full secretarial support! About You Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in private client lawExperience running a caseload of wills, probate and LPAsPersonable, professional and relationship-focusedComfortable with primarily office-based work in StaffordTeam-oriented and happy working within an established structureAble to meet reasonable billing targets without pressureOpen to flexible or reduced hours where needed Benefits £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience (up to £50,000 for highly experienced solicitors)Bonus: 10% of billings above 3x salary25 days' holiday + bank holidaysOffice closed over Christmas save 2 and you get around 10 consecutive days off)2 additional duvet days after probationLocal parking allowanceFlexible start times (school-friendly)Part-time / four-day week considered for experienced candidatesSupport and funding for STEP or Lifetime Lawyers qualificationsAnnual salary reviews linked to performance Why Apply?
