My client are recruiting two Mandarin–English bilingual Property Consultants (one focused on Lettings, one on Sales) to join an established UK property investment and management company. This is a clientfacing, targetdriven role combining property sales, client servicing, negotiations, and administrative coordination. You will be responsible for generating revenue through property lettings and/or sales while delivering a highquality customer experience and ensuring compliance throughout the transaction process.Location: London OfficeEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property / Real EstateSalary: £25,000 base + Competitive CommissionPositions Available: 2 (1 Lettings | 1 Sales)Languages Required: Fluent Mandarin & English (Essential)About the RoleYou will work with a highly professional, experienced team, and receive structured onboarding and training, making this role suitable for both experienced consultants and motivated candidates with relevant transferable experience. The position offers strong earning potential, autonomy, and longterm career growth.Key Responsibilities (Training period and support provided)Client Acquisition & Lead DevelopmentExpand and develop client channels and identify potential tenants and buyersProactively follow up with enquiries to maximise conversion ratesClient Engagement & ViewingsRespond promptly to client enquiries and arrange property viewingsDeliver professional, standardised viewing presentations highlighting key property featuresGather and submit viewing feedbackDeal Progression & NegotiationSubmit offers and negotiate terms with landlords or vendorsObtain landlord approval and manage offer confirmationsNegotiate lease renewals (commission applicable for sales involvement)Administration & ComplianceCollect and manage tenant/client information accuratelyProcess holding deposits and issue confirmationsCoordinate contract signing processes (sales roles may handle certain stages directly)Send move in confirmation communications and track pre move in requirementsFollow up on rent, deposits, and move in fund receiptsClient Relationship ManagementMaintain ongoing relationships with tenants and clientsSupport tenant groups in collaboration with customer service teamsDeliver a professional, service oriented experience throughout the customer journeySkills & Experience RequiredEssential RequirementsFluent Mandarin and English, spoken and writtenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence managing client enquiries, viewings, and negotiationsHigh level of attention to detail, particularly in contracts, documentation, and funds handlingStrong execution skills and ability to work independentlyComfortable working under pressure, especially during peak seasonsProficient in basic office systems (Excel, spreadsheets, CRM tools)College diploma or abovePreferred ExperienceBackground in property lettings, property sales, customer service, or overseas study servicesFamiliarity with the UK rental process (viewing → offer → holding deposit → contract → movein)Existing client networks or experience expanding acquisition channels is an advantageStrong service mindset and ability to build longterm client relationships
