The Siena Partnership are working with a leading financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI/ML Engineer for an initial 6-month contract (with the potential to extend or go perm).This role focuses on taking AI models built by a third-party provider and turning them into robust, production-grade systems, while helping establish a long-term internal AI/ML engineering capability.What you’ll doDeploy and operationalise AI/ML models into live production environmentsBuild observability, monitoring, and continuous evaluation to manage model performance and driftDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines for scalable, reproducible model deliveryOptimise performance, reliability, and efficiency of existing AI solutionsSet up tooling for model serving, versioning, and lifecycle managementLead documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to upskill internal teamsTechnical requirementsStrong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow or similar)Databricks Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelinesCloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP); Terraform experience preferredFinancial services experience highly desirableA hands-on role with real impact, autonomy, and senior stakeholder exposure.
