Day-to-day of the role: Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).Assist in the development and delivery of motivational and engaging educational activities.Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters inclusivity and respect.Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and patient approach to student support.Relevant qualifications in education or special needs education are preferred.
