Early Years Practitioner - Prep School and Nursery in SE15 Reed Education is recruiting for a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a prestigious Prep School and Nursery based in SE15. This is a full-time, year-round role with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery.Plan and implement engaging activities that support the development of young learners.Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a safe and nurturing environment. Requirements: Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.Proven experience in an early years setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts between 8 am and 6 pm. Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from £29.5k to £33.5k.42-hour work week with early or late shifts.35 days of annual leave.Nursery closure for 1 week during the summer and 1 week at Christmas.
